Coupling bolt torque is 80 ft lbs
Flexible coupling flange (part #'s 6P3983,6P3984.6P5020] bolt torque is 95
Two piece front flange center bolt torque is 160 ft lbs
Dont have flywheel bolt torque, must use standard bolt spec torque.
Thanks Rome but mine is a single piece flange.Do you know what size bolts are in the two piece flange?
The bolts for the rubber couplings are 6H1717 1 1/8" 1/2" coarse grade 8
Bolts for the front flex plate are special high strength bolts 0L1329 3" 1/2"coarse
Recommend getting bolts from Cat.

On the subject of fly wheels; we are putting a D315 back together. what is the torque value on my flywheel bolts?
We torqued the bell housing nuts to: 150ft lbs.
