Could someone tell me the measurments of a 7J,width, length and weight in working order?.A data sheet would be of great help.

hello MARTYN,without knowing what make of blade you have or weather it cable or hyd it is hard to give measurements .bruce oz

d47j tractor ,weight 10030 pounds
,length 10' 1 9/16''
,width 64''

blade could be(straight blade) 6' 10'' or (angle blade) 9'9'' wide ,added another 24'' to 30'' in length and blade could width another between 2,300 to 3,270 pounds ,

Its im much better condition than that one if I remember ( first saw it 5 years ago).All it needs is the mag to sort out.Will take pictures tomorrow and keep you updated.

Saw the D4 7j today,its a good machine with very few things to do on it.
One job that will need doing is the front idler.Has anyone drawings of the idler,there appears to be a spacer block missing between the frame and idler casting.Can anyone help?
The machine dates from 1942.
