That is very impressive work there Bruce, well done, I need to find 3 sets of manifolds here for my old wrecks and am wondering how you repaired the inlet manifold too?

Thanks Mike. The intake had started to break the outer jacket off. It sort of exploded from the inside out. I took a grinder with a cutoff wheel and cut where the outer jacket was still held on and opened up some “windows” to clean out the rust and carbon that was in there. It was a tremendous mess inside. Once I finally got it all cleaned out, I brazed the windows back in.
Your pictures look like your manifolds are a little further gone than this set.
