Does anyone have a cross reference for the complete bearing 1B4369?
I have asked the non OEM suppliers, they can find the outer race 1B4370 and today I thought I had struck gold but the bearing they found didn't have drillings to allow the grease in to the race. They have now gone off to think again, but didn't hold out too much hope. So does anyone have any other numbers that might help the suppliers?

Hi Richard,
The Caterpillar Accessory and Supply Catalog Form 1736 May 1944 has the following for the Hyatt equivalent roller assembly and outer race;
And this page agrees;
I’ll check my bearing equivalents to cross match other manufacturers. Hope this helps,
regards,
Tony

Unfortunately parts.cat.com in the UK doesnt show it’s available over here. Maybe get someone to get it in the US, Richard?

Tony,
Thanks for the info.
I did get hold of Finnings with a list, trouble was they sent the reply in a format that the computer couldn't open, so called them again today and waiting to see what they come up with.
I had called J Moores and KEP, plus a local bearing supplier this afternoon who had what seemed to be the right one, just no drillings......but he did ask for any other info i could get hold of.
Anyway armed with these new numbers I will give him a call tomorrow

The alternative is to phone or email Dennis or Dana at Florin Tractor in Sacramento and see if they’ve a NOS one. I’ve had stuff sent to the UK from there and bought stuff when I’ve been over. Treasure trove!

That is well worth knowing. I have often thought some good contacts on that side of the river would be a handy thing to have
thanks

the story so far........
Finnings come back with a price, the complete bearing from them is 181 UK.pounds with 2 > 3 weeks wait
A bearing firm from Plymouth say they can get one which has the drillings in the outer race for about 95 pounds within a day or so
