I like that idea!
Unfortunately spamming is a nasty byproduct of the Internet's openness. Strict regulation and enforcement on an international level is about the only thing that curtail it but the result would essentially be a useless Internet as it would then be under the control of various governments.
What would be ideal from the communities that use the Internet is the total boycott and perhaps penalizing of businesses promoted in spamming. If spamming hurt sales rather than helped then you'd see it diminish!

Joe, I think everyone that registers or posts on here needs to put a ligitimate town, state, and country where they are from and not be ashamed of where they,re from. Some put a 1 for there state and some just type town, state, and USA or whatever and some just leave it blank.Just my opinion.

SJ, that is a good idea. I think the more hurdles or road blocks we can put up will deter the spammers. True Cat fans will jump through the hoops to get to the BB, even if there is a delay in the registration process.
