Got the 7U prepped today for the storm coming, might have to get the "7's" out if it gets up to 14" and 40mph winds.

i wish we would get some snow this winter. it's-25.5 or -14 F hear and the ground is bear with some frozen lumps pushed up. i think the frost is going to be deep this year. i like winter when we get snow but just having cold that sucks.

The wife has to drive back from Providence tonight in the thick of it - rather her than me. It's already snowing here and the weather man said it wouldn't start until tonight. Might wander out and put the blower on the lawnmower methinks...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PYRaebsLqlo

Looks to be 8 inches with a steady North wind to keep it dry and fluffy! Its moving around but not a lot, supposed to be windier tonight?
Neil, I hope your wife gets back OK tonight or finds somewhere to stay over!

We've had about 14" at my place thus far and it's still coming down. Running that through the 72" blower should make the Kubota snort a bit in the morning.

We haven't even had snow like you guys are getting here in Minnesota yet this winter, you all have fun with that stuff you can have it! Everybody just has to remember though, if you guys have to get the equipment out to move the stuff by all means get pictures! Videos are even better...😛op2:

I'm guessing 16-18" total for the storm. I remembered to take a picture although it's in a sheltered area. This was only the second time I've run it this year, the kids have usually been handling it.

Nice picture, If you get stuck, boom up, walk over, and pick it out. We need pictures of that operation if it happens.

Well it didn't turn out too bad, just went around and plowed out some drives with the backhoe, only used the D4 at the shop yard to push piles of snow back. Worst was trying to get the shed door open (sliding 30' door uh huh!) while it had a five foot drift up against it, took three Swarzeneggers (Dats right!!) lol to get it open enough to use the hoe to push it the rest of the way to get the loader out. Gotta love winter!
