That is the easiest way to contact him. Provide machine # and part # if you have it.
(916)-383-0317 I don't have his toll free number handy.
Good luck. JM

I have heard this business of " blowing the seals" all my life. Think about it. A new properly operating bellows seal will retract and release excess grease and do no harm to the bellows or seal when the roller cavity is full. If the bellows is "blown" ie. Has a hole in it, grease is lost and wasted and perhaps the roller is not filled to capacity..l don't think you can blow a good seal but if you have a damaged bellows you can waste a lot of grease and make a mess.
This is why the use of a proper volume compressor is important. You can become aquainted with each roller and it's condition. With a roller in good condition one or two pumps and you hear that satisfying ffft and it gets harder to pump. Your job is done move on to next roller. On a roller with a compromised seal it is harder to tell when the roller is completely full, continued pumping mearly wastes grease and makes a mess. With a high pressure gun it is harder to get a feel for what is happening. I think it is best to give each roller a certain number of pumps and move on. Point is I don't think a good seal can be blown by over greasing, the bellows will simply retract and let grease out making a mess and wasting expensive hard to find grease.

I don't think the post above #231800, belongs in this thread
You are correct. I posted it in Newbie D4 7U lubrication thread.
Somehow it ended up here
