Pin wear was created by kracked1
Looking for info on pin wear. I stretched the track tight with a pin in the sprocket. And measured 5 pins. I came up with 25.125" on both sides The link number is ITM?? 106-1 and 106-2 OM can you help me on this one? It is a D6B

Here is a pin wear chart compliments of our good friend "Swishy".  I don't see anything that matches your measurements.

Thank you, after rechecking my math it should be 27.125. That fits with my theory that there is minimal wear on this undercarriage.

By Cat spec 27.10" is 27% worn, 27.15" is 37% worn

Robert, you are like a lot of the rest of us and run the tracks waaaaaay past what they should have.  Track work is expensive so if the machine is not used much no big deal until a track comes off!!

That would be 130% worn. New hardened wear surface is only about 1/8" deep on most undercarriage components.
