Most all of the throttle linkage was frozen. Did not take much to free up. I did mtake things apart.  I didn't take a measurement here. What is this adjust? Is this low idle or high idle?

That end (adjusting nut) is high idle, other end is low idle adjustment.

So the big nut is high idle?

I know high idle is 900-920. what would low idle be? 450?

Early 2V's have high idle of 900 rpm with low of 425 rpm unless otherwise specified.
