I've found a few decal sources online, prices ranging from USD$75 to $155 for a set that includes much more than I need. (I'm just looking for the two decals on the side of the cab.) One source, www.esignsplus.com, will sell a set of the cab side decals (2 big 'C's and 2 big 12Fs) for USD$49.85 all in. Would prefer to buy from ACMOC if a 12F set was available, but 12Fs are not listed on their order sheet.

Was the Caterpillar "C" decal an original on your grader? I can't remember when the "C" came into existence but I thought it was in the 60's. I have had good luck buying transfer decals for a scraper on line and only later found out they were the same as on other Caterpillars through ACMOC. Great that you found a guy that can fit the glass in Hanna. My grader windows looked like yours after we had a horrific hail storm here in Kansas and it was difficult to find anyone to replace the glass. As for paint I have not been a purist but have used Highway Yellow that I got years ago through Rustoleum that seems to be very close to the Cat Yellow. There are others on the board that know a lot more about paint than I do. I'm net even sure when Cat went to the modern yellow.
Sorry this new format has me running in circles ...or is yours the power shift? S/N 89H ?

Not sure what having a power shift would indicate. (Did I mention that I am a newbie at all this?) But my S/N is 59H498. So if the 89H's have power shifts, than that must be what I have. All I know is that I have a clutch and two gear shift levers. One lever shifts between high and low range. The other shifts between 3 speeds forward and 3 speeds reverse. (For a total of 6 speeds in total in high and low range.)
To what would the 'power' in power shift refer?

If it is a power shift there will be small console next to the drivers seat and if it is a direct drive there will be two long shift levers coming out of the floor boards. PS means one can shift gears under load without needing to stop and change gears. I have driven both but don't know the exact designations.
