your local engine reconditioner may be able to help you by reboring it to a size and fitting car rings. really no different to engine rings.

as its a bendix wabco unit try any good heavy truck workshop they may be able to supply the parts to fix it. also any good brake shop that does heavy truck work will be able to help you.
