Those appear to be the correct fuel filter gaskets. Notice the correct orientation of the small holes which must align with the vent and clean fuel passages respectively.
The fuel filters are certainly correct. I think I have seen 3 different styles, a sock type with a cloth cover, string wound and even ones with a perforated metal can.
Note, you need 3 elements.
Be very careful with the filter plate and the hardware holding the filters on it. The retaining rods are frequently very brittle plastic and the top with the retainer and pin is easily snapped off. Set the assembly on a flat surface and carefully compress the spring on top. Use a pair of pliers and gently twist and pull the pin straight out. If you stress the bottom of the rod assembly by not pressing straight down on a flat surface, you can easily snap the bottom disk off as well.
The oil filter is correct for the later models with full flow filtration. Earlier models of the U series and all the J series use a bypass type filter with a full flow screen or mesh type outer filter over a bypass type cartridge that is a WIX 31165 / NAPA 1165.
These are usually recognisable by the T bar type nut holding the cover on the filter, but many were converted to full flow with field installed kits supplied by CAT back in the day. Occasionally one shows up that was incorrectly done and the filter is bypassing oil, so check to be sure your filter fits the housing and seals securely top and bottom........especially if your tractor is older than the mid 1950's.
