Sounds like the antifreeze deal: 50/50 for $10 or 100% for $13. I like to mix my own paint. Yellow has poor hiding power already, so you need high solids, not a bunch of thinner. Plus some parts you might want to roll or brush without thinner.
I work for a drilling company and our caterpillar sales rep for Warren cat in okc told me cat is no longer producing any solvents glues greases or chemicals. They got rid of the cat green glue and orange a few years ago. We just got a case of the new oring/coupling grease. Came in a grainger box stuffed inside a cat box. They are no longer in silicone cualking tubes but grease gun tubes.
If your paint is what they painted an engine for us recently is, then it's junk. Took for ever to dry like it needed hardner. Sat for week at the dealer and still left finger prints.
