Caterpillar had a Family Day at the Clayton, Ohio facility.
They have around 600 employees. They had around 1,300 reservations.
ACMOC 22 was able to line up 5 pieces of old cats. Not bad for being contacted in mid June and very little time to make contacts. Hope next year will be even better.
Hi Pete, It is a 1997 48 foot Landoll, shipping container trailer. It is hydraulic, but the previous owner took the cylinder out when it was new to reduce the weight. He use the winch in the neck to retract the wheel and locked the brakes up to pull it back out. I got it in 2005, and he'd taken the winch out for another application. I could use a winch that goes in the neck, a 10 foot stroke cylinder, and 3 spool control valve if anyone out there has one for sale. I can get off it but the front raises pretty high in the air. It is like coming off a high hill in a roller coaster. I usually put my 1947 CJ2A Jeep on the back of the load so I have a way to run around the show and into town. Roger
