Hi, I just bought a d6c 99j. The serial number is 99j480. I was wondering if these came with turbos as this one does not have one.

D6C Turbo's started with the 74A/76A series
10K's did not have Turbos until s/n 5984
99J's did not have Turbos until s/n 1551
Above according to the info I have.

D6C 99J is the direct drive version of the D6C 10K powershift. Both the early 99J and 10K were naturally aspirated.

The D6C 76A(powershift) / 74A(direct drive) were introduced in 1963 and were both turbocharged. The D6C 10K / 99J were introduced in 1968 as non-turbo. The turbo was then reintroduced with the introduction of the 3306 engine.

I thought so but I wasn't 100% sure. Thanks for all the help.
