tihht back at iou
Hey Team,
I ran into TractorDon today. He was kind enough to come help me load 3 crawlers up in Moss Landing, California. Kenny came to help too. The new truck has onboard scales, as does the trailer. We moved things back and forth a couple of times to get it balanced out. I then headed to a Cat Scale to verify. Wow... WyoCat has this load max'ed out... 780 lbs too much. We got a red light at a CHP scale. The officer checked out the load, looked the trailer over a bit, and told us to come inside...oh no!!! He asked for registrations and insurance. He then said, "Cool old Cats," Bingo... I knew things would get better...Then he asked if I knew where to get an AgriCat... ha... I sure did, good old "Tractorboy1"... "Hey Mike, I've got you on a speaker phone, please say your AgriCat is forsale, or bring me bail money!" Hahaha... we had a nice visit. I promised to lighten up the load. In the morning I'll suck 50 gals of fuel out of the crawlers, then get ride of 10 chains and binders. I can toss 6 block timbers off and get the load legal...
Then it's off to Chad Town... :usa2:
Hmmm??? I wonder what's on the back haul?:tape2:
A Keewweeerrusss mind would like to know... hahaha... maybe for $0.02 I'll tell...:lie:

I got one of them smart phones too. Let's see if I can upload a photo. Glad you were able to bribe the CHP Oops, scratch that. I mean find him a deal. Good to see you guys, glad all went well.
See you soon.

Glen and crew, Tractor Don, David,
Thank you all for getting this done! I wish I could have been there to help. I am blessed to have such a great Caterpillar family! I look forward to seeing you again Glen and I will have a reservation set for a steak dinner when you get here!
Hmm Chad, an A/C going into your stable?
Bob
I am pretty sure that one is just getting passed along.

Hey Team,
Stopped by Chad's place and dropped of the three crawlers. We put breakfast off until we got the tractors unloaded as snow was heading in. After the task Chad took us to a great breakfast. We shared company a bit, then Pat and I headed to Las Animas, Colorado...😖mow:![]()

Glen,
This one seems very close to the little black dump you bought two weeks ago. Will one serve as a donor to the other? That letter is nice to have. Maybe you can get one from them for the black dump.
Your new Peterbilt is not going to like you taking it to where that cold, white stuff falls on it. Good that you are high-tailing it back to the Left Coast.
