I was it the factory tour in Peoria in October and enjoyed it very much. I have some friends that would love to get in on a tour somtime. I was wondering how often that opportunity comes up? Finning will only tour a few people a year, usually just company owners.

657cat,

I've heard some accounts that tours will be a thing of the past or at least much harder to get. A friend of mine is in the Model T club and their group is doing a car tour this fall. They were scheduled to do some CAT tours one day in Peoria through a member who is a retired engineer from CAT. All their tours were cancelled. He was very disappointed as I had reviewed the itinerary with him that we had during ACMOCTOBERFEST. I was glad we attended ACMOCTOBERFEST when we did if the tours are going to be less accessible. He was going to try and find out some more about the cancellations but I haven't heard anything yet. Hopefully they were cancelled for some reason other than less/no more tours. Thanks.
