this picture has been floating around face book for the last few days
pretty cool old jigger I reckon
Looks like a D4 motor only going by the 4 injector lines and the pilot motor on the back
notice the starting rope tied around the windscreen stay
Just the thing for someone to make and take to that big rally you blokes are having shortly maybe a old fashion water cart trailer to hook on the grease plate

Cool picture, judging by the cab & fenders it looks more like a MACERPILLAR. Thanks for sharing the photo ROY

That's pretty awesome! Probably not going to whip out and and pass anyone but props for cobbling together a creative solution back in the day. 5.1L isn't much motor either. Thanks for sharing the pic. I wonder what the history of the truck is? Where? Who? Why? Anyone that knew is probably gone by now.

What do we think that round hub-looking thing behind the rear wheel is?

I believe the truck is a Mack AB. Looks like it fits together pretty well.

That's really a good looking rig. I wonder if it still exists today. It would be a wonderful show piece.
