You have a wonderful day. Best wishes. Deas Plant.
Last I heard the Denman 10.00-24 grader tires were out of production.
I have never actually tried them and no longer have a 212 to check, but it was previously reported that commonly available 13.00-24 tires would actually rub each other if installed on a tandem drive 212.
12.00-24 were reported to fit with very little clearance but some polishing of the tandem pivot on the chain case.
Modern truck tires in 11R-24.5 tubeless will fit the rims and have been used by some. I wondered if they might be available in a military tread from surplus sources, but have never checked.
Finally there are the 11.2-24 R1 agricultural tread tires commonly available from various manufacturers. This size is probably more available in a quality tire now because of the increasing popularity of mechanical front wheel drive on farm tractors and backhoes.
I have been looking into the 11.2x24 agricultural tires and will probably try them. An 8-ply bais tractor tire should handle the load and the torque from the grader without any problem.
Thank you very much for your input.

I have seen tractor tires on old logging graders before. They seem to work fine. As long as you are not running 500 miles a week like the county graders do, or wanting to restore it to a trailer queen, I think they will perform well for you. When my tires get worse I am going to do the same. Six ply will be more than adequate for a 212.
I just learned about Coker Tire Co. in Tenn. who specialize in the older type farm implement, old car, old truck and tractor tires. You might give them a look.
I'd be glad to know if anyone on here has used them before.

As I recall there is a outfit listing these tires from China, but you have to buy a container load. If we all got together to pre-ordered/pre-paid maybe ACMOC would organize the buy. At 4 or 6 tires a machine it would add up quickly.
There has already been posts on the tires for a CAT 212...
Look at my post...CAT 212 Tires...My Solution...AND other posts on tires for a CAT 212...
I finally used 11.2x24 Ag 8pr tires on my CAT 212...There is a load difference between the 6pr and the 8pr tires...
With a wider tire,...you will need to get rims for a CAT 112 or CAT 12...The rims for a CAT 212 are not wide enough...for wider tires...
I have 2 CAT 212's...I've been using the 11.2x24 Ag tires with no problems...I just had to mount them on rims for a CAT 112...
Maybe,...one of these days...someone in the USA... will carry the 10x24 tires...that are made in China...
Again, look up prior posts on the tires...
Respy, CarlsCat...
The rims approved for the 11.2-24 bias and radial tires include both 10" and 9" wide. Not sure what rim the 212 had on it.
