Looking for identification of an old grader

I recently purchased a pull type grader that's been in the family a long time. Unfortunately no one remembers the make/model but they do seem to think it was bought from a dealer which makes me believe it isn't homemade. I'm wondering if anyone on this site knows the make/model. There are some parts that have what appears to be an 'ME' on them but I'm not sure what company that would be for.

Not Caterpillar but does favor a Stockland

I believe this might be a match for your grader it should be a Stockland "20" terracer grader. I have a picture of a advertisement of this, but it is in the wrong format to attach. If you are interested message me your email I can send it to you.
