I need to put another set of pads on my D6 9U. Where can I find new bolts and nuts inexpensively? The ones on there have square nuts.

There are 40 pads per side and 4 bolts to the pad. So I need 320 bolts and nuts.

Thanks,

John

I also have found Cat bolts to be in line or cheaper than other good bolts. I use them on non Cat projects all the time.

Is Miller Track service in Modesto still going? They were Berco dealer and used to be a good place to deal with.

Hey Team,

Charles Miller just did my 14-a tracks. He is teamed up with Phil Fenelli
(209) 216-8435

They did a great job for me.

Well,

I ended up getting the bolts from Dana at Florin Tractor.

Now, I have a new dilemma. I was swapping the good pads from my donor D69U to my running D69U. I was putting the old slick pads on the non running donor tractor so I would be able to move it around easy. Well I had two old pads left over. I hadn't finish putting the good pads on the running D69U. So I go count the links on the running tractor, and count he links on the donor tractor. The donor had 39 links compared to 40 on the running tractor. So, now, I am short two good pads.

I am looking for 2 D69U pads that are 20" wide and the grouser is 2" tall (measured from the back side). Anyone have a couple on a parts tractor??

Thanks,

John

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
