This is just a spare set of bellows that I am fixing up to put on the shelf. I ran them through the degreasing & derusting, thinking of painting the bare steel with Gliptal.

Mike, are the D4 seals available? We should check if the 35, 40, RD6 seals are the same, I would like to have a few sets. If you send me a sketch this week I will make up a die this weekend. I need to buy some leather for the inner layer 3/16" I think.

STEPHEN, i had new seals made by the company in the docket below they made them up as a kit 3 gaskets per bellow kit, you can get them done in cork or neoprene, Mike also had some made by the same company i think they where a bit more than i paid.

Dayrl, those gaskets look good, I'm sure it is boon to have a gasket company around. And how about the packaging! If I had set made locally they would come in a paper sack. When I visit a gasket company I try to get the trimmings and offcuts. The price is right & most of the gaskets I make are not too big anyway. Of course you know I like to do it myself anyway.

Hi Stephen, Sorry it has taken me so long to reply, I checked those old seals yesterday and the D4 and RD6 corks are a different diameter unfortunately and I'll most likely either make my own out of some 3/8" thick rubberized cork I have or get Darryl's company in Melbourne to make some.
Regards
Mike
