Pete you are Right about Andrew Kennedy's D8 , Bit Rugged around the Edges , But has a Heart of Gold !. Starts and Runs fantastic , Bruce Carey's D4 has only just over 4000 hours on the Clock and that is Correct. was one Owner Till Bruce acquired it , the Lewis rippers fitted makes it a very handy machine , the D4 2T was owned by Bruce's Father many Years ago , He found it several Years ago in a bad Shape and has faithfully rebuilt it back what You see , The Letourneau Winch and blade work Just fine . many tractors couldn't get there [ including Mine ] account the heavy Rain around , But We had 9 units there and a very good crowd . Thanks to all Who made the effort to Bring their Cats along. We had a small table of Things and Info and Sold All our stock of Calendars and Picked up a Couple New Members .Special thanks to Paul Griffiths [Our Secretary ]who travelled all the way Down from Ayr for Our Meeting , Mind you He went home with a Load of Goodies for His D7 , He will need a Rest for a few Days to Recover His voice as ,as it Got worked overtime , Well done Paul !! LJ
Gotta love the yellow paint on the blade corners of the D8. Probably stays on better than flags. Great pictures. Thanks to all who posted.
