Hi Paul,
Expressway Spares may be able to help. Before I retired I did up a D6 U pony starter pinion clutch and brake assem. and tuned up the pony engine.
Not sure if they, like Tilley's, were looking to get out of early machine parts.
Think they have a branch in Mackay.
Cheers,
Eddie B.

Tilly's prices for old stuff are far too high for most people. You should try David Tillyard in Tassie as he is often way cheaper than the rest even when you factor in the highway robbery freight costs across Bass Straight!

As an example David charged me a couple of hundred dollars for an item Tilly's wanted several thousand with freight on top. I don't call Tilly's anymore😊

Might be worth while trying Iron Farmers near Westwood on the Capricorn Hwy west of Rockhampton and Best Tractor Parts Mackay. They both deal in Cat tractor parts.

Defentley recommend Paul Moore good bloke to deal with and priced well. I don't much call Tilly's anymore either. Found they often said they didn't have the parts I was looking for, then a few months later advertising complete machines for sale. What's the point in being a wrecker and not wreaking the machines so people can buy parts??
