Hi Gary,
I encountered the same issue. I don't think it was a user fault. I have my pw saved - later on, without making any changes it logged in ok. The back office seems to have cleared it up.
Same problem here, just now able to log in.
I have had the same problem.
I logged on early yesterday morning but, when I tried later I could not.
I was unable to logon the rest of the day.
I could not logon early this morning ether.
I just now got back on.
I too have my password saved.
I don't know !!
Must be another one of those "UPGRADES"!!!!!!!
Just noticed tonight that on my wife's Mac Air, that Firefox doesn't let me log in, no matter clearing the cache and cookies, but Safari does. This is OSX 10.7.5, Firefox 27.0.1 and Safari 6.1.2
If you have the choice and you're on Mac, try Safari and see if it makes a difference. This could be useful information to help track down the issue for the software vendor.
I only use/have Safari on my Mac Pro 10.9.1 (or .2 whatever the latest is…) and I've not seen this issue on it. I also run Windows 7 and IE11 on that Mac Pro and that seems to run ok as far as I know.
Same here, couldn't get on til now. I'm sure they will get it fixed
Hey all, apologies for the craziness today. Our server admins are helping us to make the new store PCI Compliant (which means nice and secure for placing orders!) but sometimes the security measures they add conflict with other areas of the site, like the BB in this case. I've been locked out all day too! But it looks like they've finally corrected that issue. Whew!
I have been frustrated all day, even contemplated getting on a plane to the US to get this sorted I missed ACMOC sooooo much😊
But all sorted now:clap2:
Adco,
Thanks for the explanation, I had that problem last night, even got an email saying "someone" had tried to log on using my name...
